The leadership team at TTIS is comprised of a Senior Pastor (Pastor Nganh) with Elders and Deacons in accordance with 1 Timothy 3.

The Senior Pastor and the Elders, assisted by the deacons, are the ultimate governing body for the congregation.

The deacons and elders are in full-time secular employment and serve the congregation in a voluntary capacity.
